In a nutshell her wholesaling system is for short term profits, and made economic sense during the real estate economic slump in Southern California where she would tied up REOs and flip the real estate deals to real estate investors who would renovate or hold the properties for long term.

Base on Lindsey Jean’s own words, her system can be broken down to 5 steps:

First, you learn how to find the right agents and train them to bring you incredible deals daily before they become available to the general public.

Second, you will learn how to find the right properties and know within 60 seconds if they’re a good deal or not.

Third, you will learn how to structure your offer to get it accepted no matter how high or competitive the other offers are.

Fourth, you will learn how to find cash buyers, more than you’ll ever need and how to get them begging to work with you.

And fifth, you will learn about assigning the contract and closing the deal.

This course originally had 8 DVDs and no workbook. As a bonus,  Lindsey Jean’s office included downloaded content of two weekly group coaching sessions. Also, none of the guest speaker sessions were included.
